Both Natalia Romano, Inc and Zindigo, Inc (“Zindigo”, “we”, “us”, or “the company”) want your experience with us to be enjoyable and safe. With this in mind, Zindigo has systems in place to securely manage your personal information and data. CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION
To purchase merchandise on any Zindigo Website, customers provide their information on-line via the Website. During the purchasing process, we collect and retain the following information:

- Physical Address
- Telephone number
- Any and all confirmation numbers associated with your email address
AMBASSADOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To become a Zindigo or Natalia Romano Ambassador, you must provide us with your personal information through completing and digitally signing an on-line Ambassador Agreement. When you register to become a Zindigo and/or Natalia Romano Store Ambassador, we collect and retain the following:
- Full Name
- Valid Email Address
- IP Address
- Physical Address
- Valid Social Security Number (U.S. citizens, required to complete IRS form W-9) or other form of government-issued identification number for non-U.S. citizens.
We respect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal information to us. You should rely on a parent or guardian to guide your online activity.
INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURES
Zindigo will use the personal information disclosed on the customer order form or entered into the Website to process and complete the customer’s order, including shipping and billing. In addition, a customer’s name, mailing address, email address and telephone number may be used for the following limited purposes:
At Zindigo, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Accordingly, the personal information you provide may be used for purposes of monitoring and fulfilling customer satisfaction, including assessing problems and resolving disputes.
Your personal information may also be used to keep you informed of new merchandise and promotions at Zindigo or at any of our Brand partners.
When a customer fills out and signs a customer order form, they consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes set out above, unless we are otherwise notified.

Please be sure to include your full name and the email address you used when you registered with or made a purchase from Zindigo or our Brand partners. If you ask us to remove your name and address from our promotional lists, we will maintain your name in a “do not contact” file to ensure that we can honor your request. It may take up to 10 days to process your email request and 6-9 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from Zindigo and our Brand partners.
If you change your mind, you can start receiving promotional communications from us again by signing up when you visit our websites, when you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or by contacting us.
Zindigo may, from time to time, publish an Ambassador’s personal information (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize the Ambassador for their achievements and help motivate other Ambassadors.
Zindigo reserves the right to use personal information for administrative purposes. When an individual completes and digitally signs the Ambassador Agreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes set out above, including the calculation and processing of commissions, unless Zindigo is otherwise notified. When your Ambassador application is accepted by Zindigo, the personal information disclosed on the application, will be used solely within the context of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of the relationship between Zindigo and the Ambassador, Zindigo will only keep the Ambassador’s personal information for lawful purposes.
Our goal is to provide you with wonderful service and make your Zindigo experience as easy as possible. To this end, we share nonpublic personal information and non-personally identifiable information with third parties that perform services on our behalf for your benefit. These third parties must abide by this Policy to keep nonpublic information confidential and use it only for its intended purpose. Zindigo and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that Zindigo may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Zindigo and its affiliates. Zindigo may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Zindigo does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Zindigo may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.
Zindigo may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Zindigo or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Zindigo, including its Websites; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Zindigo or the public.
Personal information collected on this site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Zindigo or its affiliates, subsidiaries or partners or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Zindigo does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Zindigo is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access and located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through THAWTE SERVER CA under the certificate of zindigo.com.
Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers or other sensitive information. Zindigo will NEVER ask for sensitive information via email.
You may review, correct, or delete your personal information through our website. If you have registered with us, you will be able to view and modify any information contained in your personal profile. However, for security purposes, you must contact Zindigo directly to change your tax id number. You may also contact us to remove any personal information from our database.
Zindigo abides by the principles dictated by the Safe Harbor Framework set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce: Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement. These principles may be found at: www.export.gov/safeharbor.
We reserve the right to amend this Policy, from time to time, if Zindigo decides to change its Policy, we will post those changes and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.
